Soluble Cutting Fluids

LUBYSIL BCS 28 CF

Long Life grinding and machining grade delivers low foam results, very clean in use, very safe towards skin and low in odour. Very high resistance to bacteria.

LUBYSIL BCS 48 CF

Multi purpose water soluble cutting fluid for machining of all metals. Operator friendly.

LUBYSIL BCS 61 CF

Long life heavy duty semi-synthetic grade for alloy steels and stainless steel.

LUBYSIL BCS V 345

Exceptionally high cutting performance on alloy steels, nickel, nimonic and titanium. Very high anti-wear properties and exceptionally low air entrainment characteristics for excellent low foam performance. Can replace neat oil for certain machining operations.

Neat Cutting Fluids

LUBYSIL BCN CF 23

A chlorine free grade blended for high performance on stainless steel machining.

LUBYSIL BCN CF 32

A chlorine free low odour grade formulated for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

LUBYSIL BCN 600

Low odour, high performance neat cutting oil for all metals.

Hand Applied Cutting Fluids

This is one of our areas of expertise where over many years we gave help to overcome some of the most difficult metals encountered by precision engineers.

LUBYSIL BCO 14

For over 40 years this grade has been used to drill and tap some of the most difficult metals machined. Increases tool life, improves surface finishes and helps to maintain very close tolerances. Exceptional performance in very small diameter machining.

LUBYSIL BCO 40

A very high EP oil which can be used for drilling, reaming, tapping and press tool work on all metals. Excellent tool life, finish & accuracy will be achieved. Can be used on all metals low odour, non-staining.

LUBYSIL Super Cut

These grades are made specifically for export as Lubysil Supercut and Supertap which are available in bottles, compound and aerosol format.
